Nothing motivates like a donut

If anything will get me running, it will be a donut at the finish line. Apparently this is universal truth. For the launch of Dunkin’ in England, I flew to London with my writing partner to bring this idea to life. A stick and carrot contraption from the 80s used to motivate runners.

Using equipment accurate to the era and genre, we filmed an infomercial straight from Dunkin’s archive. To make it feel like a 40+ year old VHS, we worked with amazing editors who who used analog techniques to give it a look you just can’t achieve in After Effects.
